Playbill Travel Experience
Why Playbill Travel?
Experience a vacation like never before. We craft each Playbill Travel experience for the discerning traveler with a passion for theatre, music, culture and the arts. This year Playbill Travel has taken on the joyful challenge of creating three terrific river cruises on the three greatest rivers in Europe. In May we sail France’s Rhône River from Avignon to Burgundy and back to Lyon. In August we sail the Rhine from Switzerland’s Basel to the Netherland’s Amsterdam. In November we finish this wonderful triad with a 10-night, 11-day cruise on Europe’s longest river, the Danube.
The genesis of Playbill Travel was simply to bring together theatre lovers with a passion for travel. We had no idea when we started operating vacations in 2011, that it would be met with such a remarkable reception from both the public and Broadway community. In six years, over 2,000 Playbill Travel guests have sailed on 8 voyages and visited over two dozen countries including Italy, Greece, Brazil, Argentina, Russia, Poland, Germany, French Polynesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Caribbean.
