Ports of Call

Beginning in Rome and visiting the Amalfi Coast, Sicily, Malta, Sardinia, and Corsica, the magnificent Silver Wind took guests on a tour of some of the most beautiful landscapes in the Mediterranean.

Rome, Italy
Broadway on the High Seas 7 sailed roundtrip from beautiful Rome, Italy.
Civitavecchia, Italy
The historic port of Civitavecchia is a stone's throw from Rome and the gateway to the splendor of the Mediterranean.
Sorrento, Italy
The elegant town of Sorrento is the perfect jumping off point to explore the Amalfi Coast and nearby Positano.
Taormina, Italy
Perched on a terrace overlooking the sea, Taormina emotes a delightful, Medieval character.
Valletta, Malta
Valletta is Malta's capital, built by the Knights of St. John on a peninsula that's only 1km by 600m. Its founder decreed that it should be 'a city built by gentlemen for gentlemen', and it retains its 16th-century elegance.
Trapani, Italy
ugging the harbour where Peter of Aragon landed in 1282 to begin the Spanish occupation of Sicily, the sickle-shaped spit of land occupied by Trapani's old town once sat at the heart of a powerful trading network that stretched from Carthage to Venice.
Cagliari, Sardinia
Everywhere you wander in the Sardinian capital, Cagliari’s rich history is spelled out in Roman ruins, museums, churches and galleries.
Bonifacio, Corsica
With its glittering harbour, dramatic perch atop creamy white cliffs, and stout citadel above the cornflower-blue waters of the Bouches de Bonifacio, this dazzling port is an essential stop.
