Mr. Birsh has been the President and CEO of PLAYBILL since 1993. After overseeing PLAYBILL’s evolution into the digital age in the 1990’s through the creation of Playbill.com, Mr. Birsh transformed the company once more in 2010 through the introduction of Playbill Travel.

Michele has been a Travel Advisor since 2002, booking tours, hotel packages and cruises all over the world. She has a true passion for travel and pays special attention to exactly what her clients are looking for and what is important to them. For her, the most rewarding part of working in the travel industry is helping others fulfill their travel dreams. Michele would love to assist you in planning an experience of a lifetime!

Barbara began working in travel after receiving her degree in Travel & Tourism in 1978. Barbara is proud to be a Certified Travel Counselor, a designation that denotes the pinnacle of travel industry professionalism.

Jana has been at Playbill Travel since 2016, and loves working as the liaison between Playbill and its guests. She loves combining two of her biggest passions – theatre and travel. Jana really believes that a spreadsheet will solve just about anything, and that there’s a musical theatre song for any specific moment in life. Jana is ready to talk with you about any Broadway production, or where you want to cruise next with us.

Stephanie has a strong passion for travel and over 30 years of experience dedicated to helping people explore the world. She believes travel should be more than just a trip- it should be an experience tailored to your unique interests, needs, and dreams. Stephanie specializes in creating customized itineraries for everything from family vacations, romantic getaways to group tours and once in a lifetime adventures. She believes travel is more than just a destination it is about the moments you will never forget.

Ed has been in the travel field since 1974, and he believes that Playbill Travel offers knowledge that can’t be found elsewhere. He also believes in agents who focus on solving problems for their clients so they have an exceptional travel experience. Ed is a lifetime member of the Institute of Certified Travel Advisors.

Kathy has been in the travel business for over 22 years and is proud to be a Travel Advisor. Kathy's specialties are both leisure and business travel. When you talk to Kathy, you will know that she truly enjoys her work, her customers and the people around her.

Kayleigh has a heart for hospitality and has been working in the industry for over 10 years. With most of her years’ experience specializing in hotel operations and guest services, Kayleigh has built her career around creating welcoming experiences and connecting with people from all over the world. Alex has been Vice President of Playbill since October 2016 and was named Chief Digital Officer in 2018. Previous to Playbill, he worked for the Topps Company and Major League Baseball Advanced Media. He is the third Birsh to join Playbill, after his grandfather (Arthur) and father (Phil).
